Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales programs based on the sales calendar, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop engaging circulars that effectively communicate promotional offers, product features, and benefits to customers.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to drive sales growth and negotiate favorable terms.
• Work on additional responsibilities related to sales and category management, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal teams. Bilingual- English, Russian
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
